Dustin Leonard: (Managing Director / Vocal Director) founder of MBR Theatre has directed, produced and starred in a number of shows in the Monterey Bay Area. Dustin has most recently directed Little Shop of Horror & West Side Story for Cabrillo Stage, Lord of the Flies, Beautiful Thing, The Breakfast Club, A Christmas Carol, & Romeo & Juliet. A versatile performer, Dusitn has been in shows as diverse as Cyrano de Bergerac to Guys and Dolls. His credits include both on and off stage at MBR Theatre, Shakespeare Santa Cruz, Cabrillo Stage, San Jose Repertory Theatre and Cabrillo College. Dustin's most recent onstage appearance was as Student #3 in the return of the West Coast Premiere of Shakespeare's R&J, Jeff in MBR Theatre's production of The Sum of Us, Mark in Mass Appeal and the Barber in Cabrillo Stage's production of Man of La Mancha.

Dustin is currently the Production Manager and an Artistic Director for Cabrillo Stage, a proffesional summer stock musical theater company based at Cabrillo College. Dustin has also tought musical theatre and dramatic arts at the SLV High School and has been an active promoter of youth theater for the past twelve years. Some of Dustin's Musical Direction credits include West Side Story, Annie, Guys & Dolls, Little Shop of Horrors, Pajama Game, Crazy for You, Grease, Sound of Music, Fiddler on the Roof, Oliver and many more. Dustin has worked as technical consultant & Designer for a number of production companies including Cabrillo Stage, Company One, Shakespeare Santa Cruz, Kids on Broadway, Numerous High Schools and Paramount Pictures on the Titanic film on tour starring Leonardo Dicaprio.
